Returns: Criteria for making a return should include. Returns can be done if the product is broken or if the size is smaller or too big (however it will include a price for the return if is only about sizes) another way the first return is free. Excluding intimate items for hygienic purposes those items will not be returned
Methods to make the return could be the place where it was delivered and it will be refunded after the items are shipped back. The return will only be available until 7 days after the items are delivered to the shipping place. 

 Refunds will be sent after the items are shipped back with some comments and basic information on why the items should be refunded. The refund will be deposited in the same app as a credit or optional back to the payment card. Refund options will include FedEx or UPS.
